English Version. “Class...class...” “yes...yes...” Well, that’s the catchiest one of several rules that Mr. Taufiq Effendy applied on my speaking class. If he says “class…class…” we should reply with “yes…yes…”, the total of “yes” should be equal with the “class…” that he shouts. He often played us by shouting uncountable amounts of “class” so we couldn’t answer the exact numbers of “yes”. Can you imagine how witty he is actually? Anyway, before I continue my story, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ellena, a sophomore year student on English Education Department, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This semester, I have the opportunity to continue my pre-requisite subject of speaking class 4 and meet such a fantastic lecturer.
